AN ARTIST’S LIFE

The exhibition highlights Rees’ wonderful use of light and shadow in his works across a varied subject matter including architecture, landscapes, figures and self portraits. UNTAMED THEATRE

At last, here is your chance to catch the Australian premiere of Anthony Neilson's wicked new play Edward Gant's Amazing Feats of Loneliness. Described by the press as a "filthy evening of theatrical bad taste", the show is set in 1881 and presents an extraordinary spectacle of melancholia, madness and music through the retelling of a collection of adult fables and fairy-tales. It is complete with strange characters, off-beat situations, and the biggest mystery itself, Mr Edward Gant. Added to this is an extravagant range of costumes designed by Renee Mulder and the Australian fashion house Romance Was Born, ensuring the show is a visual mix of circus glam rock and music hall high fashion ready to pillage both your eyes and your imagination.
